Purchasing Terms & Conditions
  1. Exchanges/changes of the products inside the box are not allowed in any cases.
  2. Please record a video while unboxing the package as evidence for claim in case of product damaged from the shipping process or missing some products in the box. We reserve the right to decline claim the product without a video record while unboxing the package in any cases.
  3. Product prices exclude delivery fees and other fees. Payment channels can be made via Credit/Debit Card, K Plus, QR PromptPay, Alipay.

  4. Non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-returnable after the payment has been completed.
Domestic Product Delivery Terms & Conditions
  1. Products will be delivered within 14 - 21 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  2. The buyer is responsible for the delivery fees.
  3. The delivery fees are calculated by the quantity of products. One set delivery fee is 65 baht, the next set is 50 baht per each (including VAT 7%).
  4. Customers can track the delivery status via the My Wallet menu on the website and Eventpop application. For more details, please visit the link below.

International Product Delivery Terms
  1. Some countries / regions might not be supported by our courier. Please recheck while you are purchasing.
  2. The buyer is responsible for the international delivery fees and any customs duties. (if applicable)

    *The delivery fee is based on the destination country and weight of product(s).

  3. Delivery time for international shipping depends on the destination country.
Terms and Conditions for Requesting Tax Invoice
  1. If you require a tax invoice of product prices, please fill in your tax invoice information's details before placing an order. No changes after payment has been completed.
  2. The tax invoice for the product prices (E-file) will be sent within 7 business days via the email address you provided in the Eventpop system.
  3. If you do not receive the tax invoice within the specified timeframe, you can inquire via the Line Official Account: @sharichhealth.

  3. If you would like to change the delivery address, please contact Eventpop Customer Support and follow the policies below.
  4. (Only for products ordered on https://sharisma.eventpop.me/sharismaxleeminho-welcome-kit.)

    *Orders made before 11:00 AM on the transaction date cannot change the delivery address.

    **Orders made after 11:00 AM can change the delivery address until 10:00 AM the next day.

  5. Products in the same order will be delivered to the same address (cannot be separated).
